Previous experience or exposure to industries such as construction, manufacturing, or other structural builds/framing will be helpful for this candidate. Key Responsibilities: .Ability to comprehend multi-story / multi-module projects and evaluate how each module produced in the factory will integrate with adjacent modules once erected on-site based on the intent of the overall building design for each discipline .Oversee all aspects of quality management (planning, control and assurance) .Institute a proactive approach to building code compliance .Utilize risk management methods in order to avoid or mitigate potential areas of risk .Periodic executive review and evaluation of the management processes as well as overall project to performance to assure that the project will satisfy relevant quality standards. Senior level depth of experience in Quality Assurance in a relevant construction field. .Associates/Bachelor degree preferred, or equivalent work experience. .ICC Inspection Certification a plus with experience in Residential Inspections. .Familiarity with general code requirements and the resourcefulness to quickly investigate and identify potential code non-conformities throughout the construction process. .Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
