Position #: xxxx Title: Drafter Location: Boise, ID Hours of Work: Part-Time Job Description: Seeking a Drafter to work with the Substation department in our Boise, ID office. An Associate?s Degree in Drafting or equivalent technical Drafting degree and AutoCAD experience is required. Experience with MicroStation, a good background in mathematics and experience working with scales is beneficial. Position will entail drafting relay panel elevations, relay panel wiring diagrams, relay schematics, substation plan and section, foundation, conduit, grounding drawings, etc. In this position you will be expected to create drawings based on rough sketches, utilize design specific reference materials, recognize needs to be accomplished, communicate effectively with others, follow company and CADD project standards, use application software efficiently and effectively, and produce your design products with necessary detail and accuracy.
