If you know the ins and outs of the real estate industry in the Boise area, skilled at forecasting and analyzing financial data for the real estate market, this position is for you!
What you need for this position:
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, or related degree
- 2+ years in an Acquisitions role working for a Real Estate Developer or Real Estate environment with previous experience in acquiring distressed residential properties in the Boise market
- Strong proficiency in Excel working with large worksheets and complex formulas.
- Real Estate license is preferred.
- Extensive experience in financial analysis, comparative data and forecasting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work in a high paced, ever changing environment.
- Must be adaptable and flexible.
- Have a clean driving record
